His Warm Embrace
I invited the Lord into my heart one day,
He gave me life, He came to stay.
I wandered far and lost my way,
Without direction or a place to stay.
I found myself in a lonely place,
Without honor and far from His grace.
The Lord is good and His mercy endures forever,
When I turned to Him and truly surrendered.
Then I once again found His grace,
To step on up and take my place.
He took me back and brought me in,
And comforted me with His warm embrace.
He loves us with an everlasting love,
He has declared He will never
Leave us or forsake us.
Glory to His Name forever.
