Redeemed From Poverty

 

Galatians 3:13.  Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree''),

  1. that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

 

Galatians 3:29. And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

 

Genesis 22:18. "In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice.''

 

Matthew 7:11.  "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!

 

Is it God’s will for His children to go without the necessities of Life?

Mt:7:11.   Shows us Our  Fathers desire for us.   If we will but ask.

 

3 John 1:2.  Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

 

Philippians 4:19.  And my God shall supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

 

2Co.9:6.  But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.

  1. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.
  2. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, have an abundance for every good work.
  3. As it is written: "He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor; His righteousness remains forever.''
  4. Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness,
  5. while you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God.

 

Genesis 48:15. And he blessed Joseph, and said: "God, before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac walked, the God who has fed me all my life long to this day,

 

Deuteronomy 8:3.  "So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord.

  1. "Your garments did not wear out on you, nor did your foot swell these forty years.

 

Nehemiah 9:15. You gave them bread from heaven for their hunger, and brought them water out of the rock for their thirst, and told them to go in to possess the land which You had sworn to give them.

 

Psalms 23:1.  The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

  1. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.
  2. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake.
  3. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
  4. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.

 

Psalms 41:1.  Blessed is he who considers the poor; The Lord will deliver him in time of trouble.

  1. The Lord will preserve him and keep him alive, And he will be blessed on the earth; You will not deliver him to the will of his enemies.
  2. The Lord will strengthen him on his bed of illness; You will sustain him on his sickbed.

 

Psalms 112: 5.  A good man deals graciously and lends; He will guide his affairs with discretion.

  1. Surely he will never be shaken; The righteous will be in everlasting remembrance.
  2. He will not be afraid of evil tidings; His heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord.
  3. His heart is established; He will not be afraid, Until he sees his desire upon his enemies.
  4. He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever; His horn will be exalted with honor.

 

Proverbs 3:9.  Honor the Lord with your possessions, and with the firstfruits of all your increase;

  1. so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine.

 

Proverbs 11:24.  There is one who scatters, yet increases more; and there is one who withholds more than is right, but it leads to poverty.

  1. The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters will also be watered himself.

 

Psalms 84:11. For the Lord God is a sun and shield; The Lord will give grace and glory; No good thing will He withhold From those who walk uprightly.

 

Luke 12:30.  "For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and your Father knows that you need these things.

  1. "But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you.
  2. "Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
  3. "Sell what you have and give alms; provide yourselves money bags which do not grow old, a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches nor moth destroys.

  2. Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and prove Me now in this,'' says the Lord of hosts, "If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it.
  3. "And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, so that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,'' says the Lord of hosts;
